Q1What capacities are already tooled?

Four capacities across nine models: 5,000 mAh on six listings, 5,200 mAh on three, 10,000 mAh on six, and one model listed at 6,000/8,000 mAh. A capacity change inside an existing shell is a cell and board change; a new size of pack needs new tooling, which Sunning Tension cuts itself.

Q2What documents do we need to air-freight these?

Ask for the UN38.3 transport test report and the battery cell datasheet before you book. It is a separate document from FCC, CE and RoHS, which Sunning Tension holds for these markets, and it is the one that stops a lithium shipment at the airport if it is missing.

Q3Is the protection circuit specified?

Eight of the 16 listings state short-circuit and over-charge protection explicitly in the spec table. Where a listing does not state it, treat that as not recorded rather than not fitted, and ask for the board specification in writing before you place the order.
