This website shows what Shenzhen Sunning Tension Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures. There is no checkout, no basket and no way to place an order on it. Every route into doing business with us ends in an enquiry that a person reads and answers.

So nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Describing a product, showing a price band and stating a lead time is an invitation for you to ask us to quote — and the quotation we then write is the offer.

These terms govern your use of the website. They do not govern a sale. Once we quote and you accept, the terms of that transaction are the ones in the quotation and any contract signed with it. If anything on this page ever contradicts a quotation you have accepted, the quotation is what counts.

A price band assumes a specification. Change the shell material, the packaging, the cable, the certification a market needs or the quantity, and the price moves — which is the whole point of buying from the factory rather than from a catalogue. The bands shown reflect what these products have typically been built for; they are not a price list and they are not held open for any period.

Minimum order quantities and lead times work the same way. Both depend on what is running on the line, what tooling exists, whether components are in stock and how much of the specification is new. The figures shown are typical rather than guaranteed.

None of these figures includes freight, duty, tax, insurance or any charge raised in your own country. A quotation states its own delivery terms and states them explicitly.

We are a contract manufacturer. We own no consumer brand, and we are not trying to sell you one. Every item in this catalogue is something we have already tooled and built for another company, to that company's specification and under that company's brand.

That is why products here are identified by model number and not by a brand name. It is also why the catalogue is worth reading: it is not a range we invented and hope you like, it is evidence of what we have already solved.

Brand names that appear anywhere in this catalogue's underlying data belong to the customers who own them, not to us, and we make no claim to them. Photographs show goods we manufactured. Where a photograph carries a customer's branding it is shown as a record of work we did, and we will remove any image on request from the party whose branding it carries.

Nothing in this catalogue is a representation that a particular customer's product is available to you, or that a design belonging to somebody else can be copied for you. Where a design or a mould belongs to a customer, it stays theirs.

The preview is a visual guide, not a print proof. It is drawn on screen from the measurements you set; it cannot show you how an ink will sit on a moulded surface, how a colour will shift on plastic, or how a fine detail will hold at that size. Before anything is printed we send a real proof, and that proof — not the preview — is what you approve.

The minimum quantities and lead times shown inside the tool are indicative in the same way as everything else on this site, and are confirmed when we quote.

Your artwork remains yours. We use it to quote your enquiry, to make a proof and to produce your order, and for nothing else. We will not add it to this website, put it in a sample display or show it to another customer without asking you.

In return, by sending us a logo you confirm that you are entitled to have it printed — that you own it or hold the rights to use it commercially. We are not in a position to check who owns a mark, and we rely on you for that. If a rights holder challenges artwork you supplied, that is between you and them.

We hold FCC, CE and RoHS certification covering the markets we export to. Where a page on this site says a product is certified for a market, that is a statement about documents we hold and will produce.

We publish no certificate numbers, issuing bodies or scans on this website. Certification attaches to a model and a production configuration rather than to a catalogue page, so a number published on a web page is the wrong number as soon as anything about the specification changes. Ask us for the documents for the model you are buying, and we will send the current ones.

You are responsible for what your own market requires of the finished product — labelling, language, plug type, packaging marks, waste-electricals registration and importer identification are set by the country you import into, and they change. Tell us what your market needs and we will build to it; we cannot know it for you.

We have taken real care with the catalogue: the specifications on it are drawn from our own product records rather than written as marketing copy. We still cannot promise that every one of several hundred pages is free of error, and a mistake on a web page does not create an obligation to supply at those terms. If you spot one, tell us.

These website terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong have jurisdiction over a dispute about them.

This applies to the website only. A quotation or supply contract may name a different governing law and a different forum, and where it does, that document controls the transaction it belongs to. This page does not quietly replace it.

This site is published in English, and the English version of this page is the one that governs. Machine translations of our pages have circulated on other addresses in the past; none of them is authoritative.

This page carries the date it was last changed, at the top. The version that applies to your use of the website is the one published when you use it, and the version that applies to an order is the one that was published when you accepted the quotation.

Our previous website carried no terms of use of its own; the legal page it did carry was a template supplied by the platform it was rented from and described that platform, not this company.
