Shenzhen Sunning Tension inspects at three gates: incoming raw material (IQC), in-process production including first-article confirmation (IPQC), and finished goods before packing (FQC). The factory holds FCC, CE and RoHS documentation for the markets it ships to, and welcomes a buyer-appointed inspector such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV before shipment.

When raw material and components arrive
Every delivery is inspected against the purchase order before it is accepted into stock: coils and ferrite, controllers, cells, cable, connectors and shell material, checked against the specification we bought rather than the one the supplier would prefer to have sold us.
A bad reel accepted at goods-in becomes a field failure four weeks after your container lands, at your cost, in your customer's hand.
While the batch is running
The first article off the line is confirmed against the specification before the batch is allowed to run, and the process is then sampled and supervised while it runs.
First-article confirmation is the gate that catches a wrong component or a mis-set machine at piece one instead of piece two thousand. It is the cheapest inspection in the building and the one that saves the ship date.
After production, before packing into the warehouse
A full check of the finished unit — electrical performance, appearance, and the packaging itself — before it goes into the carton. Where you need it, 100% inspection is set up instead of sampling.
It is the last point at which a fault costs us money instead of costing you a container.
Those three gates sit inside a total quality management approach that treats cost and the delivery date as quality measures too, not only the physical product. A charger that is perfect and three weeks late has still failed.
This is the section most factory websites do not have, and it is the one a buyer with a container at risk actually reads.

A held batch is reworked where the fault is reworkable and scrapped where it is not. Where the fault is ours, the cost of rework or scrap is ours.
If a hold moves your ship date, you are told the day it happens, with the new date — not on the day the container was due to leave.
A third-party inspection body — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV — or your own agent is welcome at the finished-goods stage, and we would rather you sent one. Book it through Miss Lyn with three working days' notice.
A factory that welcomes an inspector is telling you what it expects the inspector to find.
Shenzhen Sunning Tension holds test reports and declarations for the markets it ships to — CE and RoHS for the European Union, FCC for the United States, and the transport documents for anything containing a cell. Certification is held per model, so name the model and the market and we will send the file itself, not a logo.
If your market needs a test we have not run, we supply samples and the technical file so you can run it in your own name, and we make the engineering changes if it fails.
What follows is what each mark actually is. Every competitor prints the same row of logos and none of them explain it, and your compliance colleague already knows the difference.
CE is a manufacturer's declaration supported by lab reports; FCC is a third-party grant carrying an FCC ID that anyone can look up.

You will not find a certificate number or a scanned certificate anywhere on this website. They go to the buyer who asks, for the model he is buying, because a document published as a picture proves nothing and a certificate quoted for the wrong configuration is worse than none. Ask, and it arrives by email.
