01Inspection

The three gates

IQC

When raw material and components arrive

Every delivery is inspected against the purchase order before it is accepted into stock.

IPQC / PQC

While the batch is running

The first article off the line is confirmed against the specification before the batch is allowed to run.

FQC

After production, before packing into the warehouse

A full check of the finished unit (electrical performance, appearance, and the packaging itself) before it goes into the carton.

02Remedy

Any batch that fails at a gate is held.

Where the fault is ours, the cost of rework or scrap is ours.

If a hold moves your ship date, you are told the day it happens.

A third-party inspection body (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) or your own agent is welcome at the finished-goods stage.

03Certification

What each certification mark is, and what Sunntc can send you
Mark	What it actually is	What we can send you
CE	A manufacturer's declaration of conformity under the applicable EU directives, supported by lab test reports.	The signed EU Declaration of Conformity, the directives and standards claimed, and the lab report behind it.
RoHS	A test report per homogeneous material, plus a declaration.	The report and the declaration for the model you are buying.
FCC	A third-party grant that carries an FCC ID.	The grant, and the FCC ID, which you can look up yourself in the FCC's public database.
Qi / Qi2 (WPC)	A certification issued by a WPC-authorised test lab and listed in the WPC's public database.	The certificate and its registration number, for models that carry one.
UN38.3 and MSDS	Transport documents, required for anything containing a lithium cell, which means the power-bank models.	The test summary and the safety data sheet, for the freight forwarder.
