Questions buyers ask about gift orders
What is the minimum order for custom logo gifts?
Each gift's own, on its card above: from 10 to 500 pieces.
Is a gift's price for the minimum order?
Yes: one piece at that gift's minimum order, ex-works Shenzhen. Bigger orders cost less, and your quotation gives the price for your quantity.
Is the logo included in a gift's price?
Not always: some logo methods cost extra per piece. Your quotation confirms the method and the final price.
How long do gift orders take, and can we see a sample?
The lead time is quoted with your price, and so is a sample.
How do we pay for a gift order?
By T/T (bank transfer) only.
