How an enquiry works, in four steps
Nothing here is automated and nothing goes into a queue. A person reads your first email and a person writes the answer.
You send us five lines
The model or the shape, the quantity, the destination country or port, your target landed cost, and whether you need your logo on it. That is enough for a real quotation instead of a request for more information — by email, on WhatsApp, or through the form at the foot of this page.
A real quotation comes back, within one working day
An ex-works Shenzhen price for your quantity, a lead time and a packing size. If we cannot build it, you are told that instead — and just as quickly.
A sample, agreed on a physical object
A sample of the tooled model, or one carrying your own artwork, so the colour and the logo position are settled in your hand rather than on a screen.
Production, inspection, shipment
Five to thirty working days depending on the model. First-article confirmation before the batch runs, finished-goods inspection before it is packed, and your own inspector welcome before the container is sealed.
How you pay, and how you check it is us
T/T bank transfer and Western Union are accepted on every model in the catalogue; L/C is accepted on some orders — ask when you request the quotation. Prices are quoted ex-works Shenzhen unless you ask for another term.
The deposit split is stated on your proforma invoice, before you commit to anything.
Our bank details are never published on this website and never sent from a free email address. If you receive payment instructions that do not come from lyn@sunntc.com, telephone us on +86 755 2907 4277 before you send anything.
Supplier-impersonation fraud targets this trade specifically, and it usually arrives as a friendly email about a 'new bank account'. One phone call defeats it.
Come and see it
Three working days' notice and Miss Lyn will walk you through the mould rack, the PCBA production workshop, the assembly line, the inspection bench and the packing tables. Your own auditor or a third-party body — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV — is welcome on the same terms. The one thing nobody is shown is another customer's tooling or artwork.
