Printing your logo on it does not change that figure — artwork setup is free and this shell is already tooled, so there is no mould cost and no tooling lead time. A shape nobody else has is a different job: new tooling carries its own minimum, 500 pieces in pvc soft rubber, 3,000 pieces in metal, 5,000 pieces in abs plastic.
Q2How long does production of STC-T13 take?
10–25 working days, counted from approved artwork and received deposit. Rated capacity on this line is 150,000 pieces per quarter, so quantity moves the date less than most buyers expect. New tooling is added in front of that — about 5 working days for PVC, 12 for metal and 15 for ABS — as is your own approval of the first article, which is usually the longest step nobody plans for.
